Architectural Barrier Bonus is a 75 percent subsidy introduced by the Budget Law 2022 and intended for interventions aimed at overcoming and eliminating architectural barriers.
The Budget Law 2023 then extended this bonus until December 31, 2025.
The 75 percent relief can be used as a deduction directly in the tax return, in five equal annual installments, or through the alternative options (invoice discount and credit assignment).
The 75% Architectural Barrier Bonus is not reserved exclusively for people with disabilities; everyone can take advantage of it.
